ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AS A GLOBAL EMPLOYER BRAND

Who the program is for

 

Organizational culture as set of value, norms and attitudes of one organization goes beyond the framework which it had just five years ago and went into a new, globally visible dimension of employer’s brand. Employer’s brand has a large influence in attracting (recruiting) and retaining employees necessary to every company in order to keep its competitive advantage. On the first look, it seems like the program is structured for the needs of HR professionals, but taking into account the fact that organizational culture is shaped and changed primarily by the management structure, the training is meant for managers from every hierarchical level.

Methodology and program realization

 

Training is entirely created to address the new needs of the market. Attendees are led step by step through all key thematic areas, with parallel training in the workshop and interactive exercises. Standard program length is one day, with 8 study classes.

TOOLS

During each practical exercise in the workshop, participants get customized tool – templates in which they practice cases from the studied thematic area. The entire template set is left at participant’s disposal for use in their organizations.

Sandra Prvulović

Biography

Sandra Prvulović is an engineer of organizational science, focused on HR management and graduated specialist pedagogue. She is a consultant in areas of organizational development and human resources, she has a vast experience in creating and leading training programs for managers in areas of organizational development of human resources, with more than 500 training days. In latest years her focus has been on HR management in the IT industry working on recruitment and retainment of personal. She works as a director, consultant and trainer in human resources and personal development, while she gained her expertise through talent development and HR systems in over 50 different national and international companies (Microsoft, IGT, Mera, Zuelhke, Frame, Erste Bank, Infostud, Mercedes-Benz, National Bank of Serbia, Knjaz Miloš, Frikom, Idea, Dijamant, Piraeus Bank,  Societe Generale Bank, Holcim, Ball Packaging Europe, Credit Agricole Group,…). She is the author of the book „Robinzon in the post capitalist era“.

Who the program is for

 

Communication in business context means using different technics and respecting rules and standards of professional behavior in the business world. The program is intended for top and middle management of all types of organizations from corporate, public and non – profit sector. Enhancing the communication skills and technics of business communication, along with understanding rules of international business protocol, leads to strengthening of capacity for adequate external and internal communication of employees.

Who the program is for

 

Program aims to enhance the capacity of employees for successful public speaking, business presentations and media interviews. The program is intended for top and middle management of all types of organizations from corporate, public and non – profit sector.

Methodology and program realization

 

Training is realized through lectures and interactive discussion, with analysis of examples of good and bad practice, doing practical examples in groups and role playing games. Program includes preparation of presentations on a chosen subject and a simulation of public speaking with a camera recording.
