An adequately set organizational structure is a prerequisite for effective implementation of internal processes. Experience tells us that a whole group of our clients faces a common problem: transformation from entrepreneurial to corporate form. The owners indeed feel that it is necessary to reset and perform consolidation of the organization in order to enter into a new phase of growth. Many companies are not able to carry out this transformation alone, as it often involves setting a new corporate governance as well as serious market, financial, personnel and organizational restructuring.
There is also another group of clients that understands that the existing organizational model is simply not good enough and needs new mapping of both macro and micro processes, different job classification, standardization of new job positions as well as writing of new and correction of existing internal policies and procedures.

Why Peterhof?
We are experienced in organizational restructuring of companies of different sizes in different stages of the life cycle. Formulating an integrated organizational model requires a departure from the defined strategic priorities. We analyze the existing strategy and the existing organizational model, we define the to-be macro-model and identify gaps between the current and future model. Last, but an essential step is the concretisation of the future model through mapping of macro processes, micro-process mapping, as well as definition of RACI matrix, improvement of staffing and establishment of new jobs norms. If necessary, and if a client has no internal capacity for this, we write key policies and procedures (e.g. financial policy, commercial policy, credit risk management, etc.) and test their application in practice.
